But because our suppliers continue to raise their prices, we must reserve the right to change ours without notice. All sales are made on a cash basis in order to keep our costs and prices as low as possible. All C.O.D. orders require a 30% deposit before shipping, and orders from outside the continental U.S. MUST be paid in U.S. funds. And if you live in Arizona, you must add applicable sales tax to your order. |

If we quote you a price on something, that price is good for 30 days from the time of the quotation. |
Our Minimum Orders Business operation costs being what they are, we must ask that your order total a minimum of $20.00 or more. |
| Shipping Procedures All orders are F.O.B. our factory. You may specify how you wish your order shipped. If you don’t give us instructions on shipping, we will ship by the most reasonable means, according to the size and weight of your order, Freight Collect unless prepaid. Please furnish a phone number to help the delivery people find you. Restocking Charge You must obtain authorization from us before returning any merchandise, and there will be a 15% charge for inspection and restocking of returned goods. If you find a shortage or defect in your order, you must notify us within 10 days after receiving your order. No returns will be accepted after thirty (30) days.

Warning Inasmuch as I’m Fly’N Mfg. LLC, has no opportunity to supervise the installation or maintenance of parts supplied by it, nor any opportunity to participate in the design or manufacture of the various home built aircraft in which its parts are utilized, the purchaser by placing this order with I’m Fly’N Mfg. LLC agrees that all material purchased will be used solely at purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will indemnify and hold I’m Fly’N Mfg. LLC its owner and employees, free and harmless from all loss, liability or damage resulting from claims brought by reason if any alleged failure or defect of any part or parts supplied by I’m Fly’N Mfg. LLC
